I haven't heard of them, but the website isn't screaming to me and I didn't like some of their styles, so I'd go another direction not knowing anything else about your situation, location etc. I'd google "pole barn, city/state" and see what comes up. Ask for some brochures and talk to some sales people, it will be obvious who is scamming and who is really in the business.

Keep in mind if you are thinking "pole barn" what your ultimate goal is. If the future calls for a second floor or lifts or heavy storage, you will need (to do it right) more than just a slab and poles. You will need footings and sometimes big ones to support additional loads. Those poles in the ground are fine for holding up sheet metal and trusses but when you start to "bulk up" the enginnering requirments can/will change.

I have found their prices to be expensive and the plans to be poorly designed and thought out.

Who wants to spend $60K USD on a barn kit and have T-111 siding on it? For that money, build a real barn.

YMMV

Monthly rural electric cooperative magazines usually have a number of turn key pole barn builder advertisements. If you want a kit check with a local lumber yard. They will have, or can get everything you need. Minimal or no deliver fees as well.

Several builders have told me that 30' x 40' is an optimum size from a cost per square foot standpoint.

The idea of doing it yourself is appealing. But the cost of a turnkey building is not much more than the cost of materials. I did it once. It was a good experience. Next time I will call a builder.

George Abetti and Geobarns.com is what you want to look into. Best experience, ever.
