I gotta hand it to Taiwan John on this deal. Just a bought a Bosch Jig saw.
Regular price was $159.00 on sale for $137.00. 14% off made it $117.82. With tax it was $126.06. After the gift card it was $112.67. After the rebate it was $98.81...
Good enough. I live in the town where Reelcraft is, Columbia City, IN. They make a great product and employ a lot of people.
I will pursue a Reelcraft with the hope I can get one through an employee.
Thanks for all of the feedback.
Actually, $62.39 using the 20% off coupon. This appears to be identical to one offered by Northern Tool currently on sale for $89.00. Must not be too bad, it's getting 4.6 stars with 160 user reviews.
I think it's still Christmas and I may need one of these. I just need a little encouragement.
I say hell yeah! John Menard was known as "Taiwan Jon" in his home town of Eau Claire Wisconsin. He was a pioneer in importing from third world countries. He's got some strange business practices that preclude a hardworking middle aged person from working there. You don't see many 45 year...

Zoro Price was $62.38 after 26% off.
I'm now thinking Williams for the heavy duty set and Wiha for the precision set.
It looks like Amazon is about the best deal out there for Williams, both sets will be about $90.00
Any hot deals out there on a Wiha precision set?
OK, I've read this entire thread and all other linked threads. It's coming down to either Wiha Microfinish or Williams.
I'm going to buy based on price and overall value.
Is Amazon the best place to buy either of these?
I'm glad you guys talked me out of the SK set.
I've been looking for a deal on a nice set of premium screwdrivers. The one that I keep going back to is the SK 21 piece set at Advance Auto.

OK, I finally got around to opening the box. The ignition wrenches come in a pouch and they say Made In USA.
Nothing else sockets, wrenches, ratchets indicate where they are made. Any way to tell?
This is not the bonus set.
I'll check it out tomorrow and let you know. I picked it up Thursday after work, but have not opened it yet.
My price was $185.19 since I put it on my Sears credit card. Hard to beat really.
