Azek makes glue for their PVC trim but regular plumbers pvc glue will work (no need for primer).

Do not paint a dark color. Anything much darker than white will mean thermal expansion from sun heat absorption. Stuff grows an insane amount.

Those hitch extenders are very handy. I have an Ericson Big Bed Senior Extender. It folds up nice and the carry handle is properly placed to balance the unit.
There should be a Utility bonding bridge present for them to connect to. Something like this mounted external to the house near the meter. This is specifically for Comcast and others to connect to. If they do not know this, well they need to go away and install nothing.
