    The clone rubber grommets at Lowe’s are made by Hillman. Pictures of package and grommet from my stash. These are in the hardware section in the various drawer bins. Exact as far as I can tell. Learned about it on this site.

    Nice fab! Sharp looking design. Those hitch extenders are very handy. I have an Ericson Big Bed Senior Extender. It folds up nice and the carry handle is properly placed to balance the unit.

    There should be a Utility bonding bridge present for them to connect to. Something like this mounted external to the house near the meter. This is specifically for Comcast and others to connect to. If they do not know this, well they need to go away and install nothing. The Comcast idiots...

    Then fry your modem and computers at next lightening storm. Folks - don’t do this. Power and communication need a single point ground at the panel where a utility bonding strip is connected.

    Yes At the day job, we firestop all holes drilled thru top and bottom plates in framed wall assemblies. It does not damage the wire or pipes, etc.

    I am thinking that the communication was ground to the water pipe at one point in time. That hose bib looks to have been replaced recently.
