    Question-Messed up on my flooring...

That's some sticky ****. You might want to add part B to it to harden up and then remove it. This is what i did on a little spill. There was nothing i could use again after i did a floor. Buckets, paint roller, paint brush, all garbage.

    Where does your drain go?

I was in demolition for years. You could fill your drain full of jet fuel and all your going to get is a fire. Now if natural gas leaks from the ground into the garage that could be another story. I could not imagine this being a huge risk. 1 in a billion type threat.

Shop Floor Epoxy's, Which ones to use/stay away from. Also Drylok ?

If you take great care and follow all rules concrete will rarely crack. Concrete companies break many rules and are trying to max profits. I poured 6 large patios 2 for me and 4 for others. No cracks my first one was done 20 years ago.

Price qoute for blown cellulose - crazy

I will drive from Indiana and do it for $3900 and I'll do the ceiling for free. LOL Quotes are often higher in the winter, in my area the insulation companies have more work than they can complete. If they give out a few bids for big profits some of those will come back and make a nice winter...

    Where does your drain go?

If you put in a utility sink you may be able to plumb that in into your sewer line. There was no problems doing that when i built my home. "It was allowed by code". A french drain would be alot cheaper than a holding tank. If your not dumping oil and other toxic stuff into it. I dug my mine...

    Where does your drain go?

My building codes did not allow for my drain to go into the sewer line. Instead they ran a line two foot off the outside wall. It worked for small amounts of water, well maybe a mop bucket or two. I later added a french drain when i did the landscaping on that side of the house. The drain has...

    VCT tile repair.

I need to fill gaps in my VCT tiles. Some of them are big and shaving will not fill it them easy. The area of the garage that will need filling will only have foot traffic. I do plan on putting down a clear urethane finish on top of the tiles. The big reason to fill these tiles is to stop dirt...

    Garage floor epoxy

I would suggest acid stain and sealer if you like that look. This can be done cheap $150-200. Once you put the acid stain down see if you like the floor wet. If you do not you can still epoxy over it. Just don't put down sealer unless you like it. Need to clean the oil stains without muratic...

    Garage floor epoxy

I know 4 people use the cheap kits and they failed. Some say they work fine if you prep good. I seen 2 of the cheap kits flake from the floor like paint. Use Epoxy Coat or something with 100% solid epoxy in it. If you use the flakes i suggest using a clear coat on top of your epoxy. To...

My garage has 12+ foot cielings. I'm looking into getting a lift that i can park a car under, change oil and minor work. I'm looking for something dependable and cheap. I'm not going to be using this that often. But most of all i need something safe.
