VCT tile repair.

I need to fill gaps in my VCT tiles. Some of them are big and shaving will not fill it them easy. The area of the garage that will need filling will only have foot traffic. I do plan on putting down a clear urethane finish on top of the tiles. The big reason to fill these tiles is to stop dirt and hide the poor workmanship."I will never hire a friend to help me again."

I found two products that might work for me.

Acrylic grout and Acrylic caulk.

Any advice these two products would be great.
