Following up. Customer reviews on their site are good...which isn't a surprise. Thought I'd post my two cents here if anyone ever stumbles across this.
My situation - Cedar double swing gate spans an 11' driveway and uses standard pressure treated (pine) 4x4's as the anchors for the gate on...
Like the title says, I'm looking to see if anyone has experience with G Force hinges.

I've got a sagging old gate with fence posts that just aren't beefy enough to support traditional strap hinges (which is why the gate is sagging). These look like a perfect fix...
Yeah, it's not so much that you'll experience problems with it as you might not be taking advantage of using all the features you've paid for. We've got a few in our labs at my office. They're better than your average comparably priced thermostat - not many in that price range - but what makes...
+1 for copper anti-sieze or things similar. When I garage my track car for the winter, I do the same ritual. No problem removing storage wheels in the spring.
One year, I left on the same wheels that were on during my final track session of the season, and I had to do the same trick you...
Yeah...that's what those kind of fasteners cost sometimes. You can probably find prices that are a little better, but not by much. McMaster is more than likely your best bet. Sometimes there's a volume discount if you buy a dozen or so. Much cheaper than that and you might be getting bogus...
Saw the same Horsepower episode. Do like, but the price isn't reasonable. A few years ago I discovered cheap ebay motorcycle goggles were also pretty good for safety goggles too.
Like jwhcars said, they're not certifiable safety glasses, but I don't do much that really justifies the cost of...
A friend of mine had pennies on the bathroom floor with a white grout and an epoxy coating. It looked great at first, but after the epoxy yellowed it looked a little grungy.
I'm noticing more and more stuff @ big and medium sized stores (Lowe's, Autozone, etc.) is the same **** but with a slightly higher price. The HF stuff is considerably better and cheaper than their stuff in some cases.
Would be nice if there was some kind of DIY supply store that was like...
^^^This.
I wound up adding in an additional zone for drip irrigation after my system was all routed, wired, buried, etc. It worked, but it looked like an after thought. 1 additional zone can run a large drip system and can have inline manual valves that let you create little mini-zones.
Hmmm... if it was a show car or I was more patient, then McMaster is where I'd be going. I love that site. Cutting board is perfect though. Got an old one we don't use anymore that will be perfect. Love GJ.
