Just want to put the question out there about Dust Collection and what you have in your garage. Single stage , or two stage? Money and space are my issues, efficient but not cheap .

Festool dust extractor , I have had one for 3years never think of buying anything else just plain works and works the best . My friend painter has the wall sander setup and swears by it ,no drywall dust in his high end clients homes , makes him look good .
