Won't that kill the attic ventilation as it's air coming from the soffits? All the roof eaves have been sealed from inside the 3 bedrooms as part of the job

Contractor here and said img_3209-jpg.2446349 is the roof slants that go 8ft deep into the room below and roof eaves. Given there is no top plate there, he can't air seal there. He also said blown-in insulation would have been much better to air seal but I was the one who wanted rock wool

Maybe too much to ask but if you have a quick phone or web tool to show where I should air seal on that picture, that'll greatly help!

As soon I as entered the attic and closed the hatch behind me, I could see my arctic Hayes smoke pen blow smoke vertically. I was about 3ft above the attic floor which shows a lot of leakage and none of my exhaust fans were running. The smoke was blowing higher after turning on 4 fans

It is platform framing. And yes, I have extensive crown molding. So it seems like the whole exterior and interior plate walls needs to have a ceiling done. Do I have to lift up the insulation on every cavity inside the attic as well and check for openings or simply focus on the exterior walls...
