So we just finished up drywalling the ceiling. Blew in somewhere around R40 above. Garage is MUCH warmer now. buuuuuuut the walls are still just the 100 year old cinder block walls. I love the look, but they are cold. Any ideas???

Thanks guys. Pour went AWESOME. I just used some old blankets for the slab outside. The inside slab was heated pretty well but still took a solid 12 hours to set up ! Overall I'm quite happy with it. We now have 300% more places to park/store and work on cars :)

I would grind the lip down and call it a day. Alternatively you could pour fresh over is and trowel it down to grade gradually......but durability would be questioned long term. Anything is better than that lol
