I bought some K Tool brass punches last spring to remove the bearing races in my trailer wheels. They seem to be good quality.

I just bought an F80 ratchet from the Snap On website. I also have the long handle flex head 80 tooth ratchet.

I have a set of the 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch drive metric and SAE IR sockets. They have a rather thin wall and will fit better than most other brand impact sockets. The downside is that they may not be as strong. I rarely use them though. When I need impacts I use my SO or SK impact sockets.

It was a Snap On wobble plus extension. I have never had this problem before and was very surprised when it happened.

Friction ball popped out of a 12 inch 1/2 drive wobble plus extension last night. Has this happened to anyone else?

I agree, extensions are all you need when removing fasteners that require long reach. No need to buy unneccessary tools when the tools you have already do the same job. You would be surprised how much you can save not buying more tools than needed. It also frees up space in your tool chest...

I have the Snap On PWCS9 which is combination wire stripper, crimpler, and cutter. Very high quality tool.

I use water resistant marine grease. It is the same grease I use for my boat trailer wheel bearings.

If the ratchet head is too thick you can use a crow foot or torque extension to access those tight spots. If the torque is really high though the crow foot may not be a good option. Wobble extensions may also be usefull.

How would you be able to lift that box? It looks much too large to transport in my truck. You would probably need a big wide trailer.

I have 2 split beam torque wrenches and they stay accurate long time with frequent use. You do not have to reset to lowest torque setting or break it in either. Highly reccommend it! The split beam design is much better than spring click micro torque wrenches because it has fewer moving...
