Found a pile of these Kreg K4 in my local HD when I ran in to grab some drywall anchors. I was surprised. I usually have to drive to the next town to find one with a decent clearance section.

It’s definitely been on my mind. I plan to drywall and finish my attached garage this year. Thought it might be easier to take out if I ever needed to access plumbing or ductwork that runs in the ceiling, underneath half the house (split level).
