    how common is it now to do the floor and not do any flakes? is this solution overly slippery when wet? What about clear flakes for the traction - is that an option? thx

    Justin, thanks for the response so is "prep" grinding or etching or both? also what type of absorption rate should I expect after the prep?

    Justin, I've attached pictures for using 1/4 cup of water at 0, 2, 5 and 10 minutes. The floor temp was 58 degrees and the humidity was 34% and air temp was 73. please let me know if you need more or if I need to do more pictures at 20 and 30 minutes. thanks for the help!

    Justin, doing some more research and am thinking that rust bullet might be a good approach for me. I think I can do my floor in 3 separate phases by going this route. I believe the pot life for RB is about a month so I plan to complete the full project within 30 days. I've read other threads...
