I have an older 6 foot non offset flail. It came from a school so it was a fine cut - 90 teeth in 6 feet. It does not like extra long grass. Does a great job on my lawn. Rough cut would have 50-60 teeth and bigger cutters instead and would chew thru bigger stuff if encountered. I couldn’t...
I have one of these also. Used it to cut logs without bothering the neighbors when I lived in town. Awesome power but I put a 16” bar on since it didn’t come with a bar when I got it. My armature was pretty worn so I had it turned and put new brushes in (circa 1995)
my great uncle ran a model T and A repair shop. I have a few tools from him that I could use more info on. First, the Gripper- fortunately I did some looking before I discarded…it came with a t bar labeled snap on and 5 knurled sockets not labeled. Original sockets or not?
