Aerate before seeding. Just try not to tear up the established areas too much.
You won't be able to preemerge until several weeks after you seed. Read label to see how long

It does appear to be crabgrass.
At this point in the growing season I would either kill the patches and reseed or using controlled methods (glove/sock) wipe each plant with glyphosate.
Plan your preemergent schedule for next year and stick with it.
I'll also tell you I have yet to find an...
Roundup (glyphosate) does not kill any nutsedge. All you'll do is piss it off. Image/certainty/solitare/dismiss. Anything to kill nutsedge is not cheap...

Don't forget a full set of 6 point and matching 12 point sockets.
For the record i've used my impact with the cheap chrome hf sockets and have yet to break one.

Love the Redfire. Guessing by the antenna it's an 04. I see the 10th wheels but seat inserts don't look like a 10th.
I have a sonic blue 03 myself.
Keep us updated, this is my idea of a shop.

Fluazifop is the ai in Fusilade II. I know it works and works well as I use it all summer long to remove Bermuda from Liriope and other ornamentals. I would think you would really need a liquid product with a surfactant in order to effect Bermuda.

I know absolutely nothing about consumer grade products... But if the ai is the same it should have the same effect.

Lawn spray guy here from warm area. Zoysia is nearly impossible to remove. Pull or spray with non selective herbicide (roundup) is your only choice once it has spread.
For Bermuda where you don't want it there is a product called Fusilade II. Not cheap but at .75oz/g it will knock it out.
