I think $73,000 sound reasonable. By the time I finished everything including the drive way and upsatirs completley finish is was close to $40,000. I will post some pictures soon on the upstairs and everything finished. It has been great for the family.

Get one of those pulley systems like you use for hanging a bike. They have a tension system if someone lets go of the rope it stops. I bought ours for like $15.

I used a 95% effecient furnance and will add ac shortly. I put my up in the rafters. It works great and since it is built so tight, it heaps up quick. I keep it on 50 and kick it up to 60 - 65.
