Copco owns CP. Given their depth of knowledge, it would be hard to go wrong with Copco, but you're going to pay.

AC Delco likes to change battery styles without changing the tool, so you're up the creek after a few years even though it's the same tool. I won't buy any more of their stuff. This impact is pretty much the same tool I bought in 2007.
