Paint bubbling on concrete wall in garage from water

Attached garage getting water coming in from one of the concrete walls. The outside ground is level to the top of the concrete wall so I assume it's the ground water getting in. Just looking for advice on how to fix. Thanks

    Mini-split worth it without insulation?

Bumping this thread as water is still coming in through the walls. I fixed the drainage issue outside, sealed every crack I could find, replaced all weatherstripping on my garage door, and run a dehumidifier 24/7. The humidity in there is great but the wall is still absorbing water from...

    Mini-split worth it without insulation?

The other PITA thing about how this garage is setup is that concrete wall forces all the outlets to be up high. For reference the concrete portion is 42" tall and the outlets are 7' Also, the ground outside is level with the top of the concrete wall. Close up shots of this section of wall...

    Mini-split worth it without insulation?

Moved into a new house recently and it has a finished 20'x30' attached garage with 15' tall ceilings. I'm planning on using it for a workshop, mostly woodworking, and would like to better control the temperature and moisture with a mini-split, however I'm worried it won't be worth it without...

    Don't know where to start

Thanks for the input. I'll most likely stick with the vinyl cove. I've watched a few video's that show they're pretty easily installed once the floor is complete.

    Newb with a clean slate

Thanks man! Yea I am pretty stoked about it. My current garage is about the same sqft but not as tall so not as much storage as in the new one. Also, and my favorite part, is that it's 1 big door instead of 2 small ones that can only fit tiny cars in so I can finally get my car in there yay!

    Don't know where to start

Hi all, After researching the forum and getting some help in the general section I have more specific flooring questions. Here's the thread with pic of the garage http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3298080&posted=1 I would like to epoxy the floor, use cove molding to make a...

    Newb with a clean slate

After looking I think I want to use some vinyl cove molding (believe that's the correct name) to create a seamless transition from floor to wall and use epoxy coating to seal it all togehter. Just worried that the floor and walls will be nice and smooth but the 2ft worth of block will not look...

    Newb with a clean slate

Just finish it so its not raw looking. I guess paint it and toss some wood trim around it? I've been reading the forums for the last 2 hours solid on my phone while in the ER with my mother. Still trying to find what others have done.

This is the outside door to show the blocks that go up a few feet. Not sure what I can do here?
