I think you got a hell of a deal. I bought all of my gladiator garage units as a package deal and spent a little over $1000 for all of it. They have held up really well and look good to boot.

The mini split is a 12,000 1ton unit with inverter technology. I think it is very efficient as the fan and compressor only speed up/down with the need. Traditional units its all or nothing. That technology should save me a few bucks.:dunno: Here's where I got it...

They clean up quite nicely. Most of the time I just use a leaf blower and done. As far as mopping, easier than any floor I've ever cleaned.

Absolutely, everything folds up and goes in closet or against wall when not in use. :rocker: Even the pool table has folding legs. Would not let Betsy stay out in the cold.:3gears:
