I got a 1/2 drive metric socket set and a screwdriver set over the weekend. nice deal... day after xmas, they had a close out on last years powertools. I picked up a 18v 3/8 drill for $30. just got the CC flyer today. Haven't looked through it yet.

Dont buy the cheap pin punch set at HF. I gave in and one mushroomed the first time I used it (trying to drive the extractor pin from an S&W auto pistol - didn't even get it to move). Next payday I get a set from sears. edit - Brownells has a what looks like a good set too.

I have had good luck with NAPA. The one I dealt with growing up let me pull the drums off my pickup in his parking lot once to see if they needed turned. He wasn't really happy about it, but we had bought a bunch of brake parts there.

my brother put a pit in his shop on the ranch. works good for him. he puts some 2x12 planks over it when he isn't using it. He plumbed it for air and water too.

I was looking around our RMA area today. They have an Atlas mounted on a bench in the back. "MADE IN CHINA" was on the label. Looked better that the colum ian and chinese wiltons at HD. I think some of the Wiltons are still US made.
