I can't even stress this enough! This was my terminal mistake. My concrete is usable...but not exactly how I wanted it, or even exactly what we talked about. I didn't have a written contract (also my mistake), but if I had been there, the small issues would have been alleviated.

Timberline did mine also (assuming it was the Timberline out of Ohio), I'm fine with the building, especially at the price. Their communication wasn't great though.

I have a SPOA7 also, lifted my 2004 Silverado 2500 with no issue whatsoever. I don't know its weight, but I had it on the lift for 2.5 weeks while I pulled the transmission, had it rebuilt and re-installed it.

I found a used Rotary for $800, needs hydraulic lines, cables, and cleaned up some, but I figure I'll still be well under half of a new one by the time I'm finished fixing it up, and have the piece of mind that I have a good quality lift.

It does appear that this is the case. Possibly just a giant glitch in the system. I haven't looked that deeply into it yet.

I just paid $5.91 a sq. foot for my 30x40 5" slab, and apron (23x3). I never lifted a finger, so that included concrete, finishing, forming, a single drain, saw cuts, and 3 tri-axles of gravel, along with some miscellaneous dirt work around the building. Located in western, PA.

My F-350 Flatbed extended cab weighed right around 8k also. Surprised it's that light. Thats a tight fit...but I guess if it fits it ships.
