Definitely crazy busy this time of year but I "try" (key word try) to be home by 5 during the week or if I know in advance I can be around on the weekends. Would love to meet up with you at some point and would love to check out your place as well!!
The site work, footing, foundation walls and floor for my 30 x 40 in MA came in well under 20k last year. This was for forms, concrete and a finish guy for my floor. I want to say I was right at 14k for all.
