Snap On 1/4 sae flex sockets

Looks like the new ones have bit drivers with a black handle rather than the old grey style. Says made in china on the back, however the other tools don't look to have changed at all from the pic on the box. Strange

Strange? the tools don't look any different from the picture on the front of the box, wonder if they still have Taiwan stamped on them.

They're made in Taiwan not china, good high quality wrenches.

Thanks for the complements, it's a Plano 781, that little box is definitely a bargain and I highly recommend it. I've got flex sockets and safety wire pliers on the way this week and will post plenty of pics when they come in.

I just shoot a bit of fluid film in any openings of the ratchet. Can't say enough about that stuff, I use it on my car, my tools, and just about anything around the house.

My small but functional toolbox, 10 bucks from Walmart and made in the USA.

New wrenches don't look half bad, would be nice to see craftsman get back into the game of selling quality tools again.

We've never had raised panel ratchets but we do have raised panel wrenches, minus lobster claws to boot, the toolboxes and screwdrivers are still made in Canada by international spg and fuller, and I've heard higher quality than their American counterparts. I ordered one today, should be here on Wednesday. It's got 3 ratchets. From what I know its manufactured by stanley, same as mastercraft maximum, however I like how craftsman offers 12 point sockets and their sockets have stamped sizes rather than laser etched. plus it comes with a good size...
