I have the first one you listed. Bought it 2 months ago, never charged it and probably have already used it 10 times. The comment above is correct the wires do get really hot, but so far so good.

I have a set of craftsman universal 12 points that I pick up for anything with a damaged nut or bolt. They are cheap so I don't mind hammering them on, have yet to fail me once. There is a time and a place for 12 points.
Like everyone says work smarter not harder, if you try to go ******* on it it will bend. That being said after you get the hang of it, it's not a bad little machine.
