Do the same as you do with the paint flecks, or at least that is what I did with my Epoxy-coat application. Worked great. I tossed the non-slip against the ceiling to give random pattern.

I am a new member also, and just went through this same decision process. I ended up going with Epoxy-coat - just applied today. Easy instruction/application, great customer service. Will be posting a more detailed description once garage is completed.
