Fein makes a drill that has includes a 1/2" anvil attachment. Or you could look at production tools from Bosch, Makita, or Panasonic.

Proto wrenches are anti-slip but do not have the teeth like Snap-on. Beta 42LMP series are quite nice too.

I believe they do. I recently bought a combination spanner set that was made in RSA. Not the crispest lettering (compared to Proto, Stahlwille and Hazet), but I don't have any German Gedore to compare.

They look like Nepros.
