love mine so far--biggest space savings would be on the mobile one like I have. when not in use you can roll it out of the way. I'm planning on building a work bench that the lower part will sit underneath. that way the only space taken up is the footprint of the column itself.

You mentioned forklift---maybe try and find a 3 point hitch forklift mast for cheap and attach it to the floor/wall? lots of capacity and you'd only need to worry about a power pack for it (most of the work done)

been beating on it the last few days trying to break it. the tabs that hold it into the tool are a little on the weak side--but thats because i was cheap with the resolution of the printer haha...
