What is the best method of removing small scratches from this type of flooring? Is waxing a good idea and if so, what should I use?

I have the same type of coating. I was wondering if anyone knows if you can buff out those scratches. I do have some scratches from dragging something across the floor, but I figured that was to be expected. Mick
