    Bedroom circuit

Pretty sure the highest constant draw will be an electric blanket in the winter. Its upstairs so part of me said go 20 and do it once, after getting input from the board.

    Bedroom circuit

Thanks all for the input, 20 amp it is. If it is it a 20 amp circuit, does a portable a/c still require it's own dedicated circuit?

What's the norm nowadays as far as bedroom outlet circuit size? 15 or 20? Thanks in advance.

    mr heater temp

Finally fired up my mhu50, and noticed the b vent is hot to the touch, about 200 degrees according to my surface probe. Is this normal? Burner tubes aren't glowing red. Thanks. Chris

    silly question

Can i feed my lights off a 20 amp outlet using 12 gauge to the switch box, and then 14/3 to to the lights? Or do i have to change everything to the lights to 12/3? LLights are already there, but they are on a circuit all by themselves, and there is an outlet right underneath the switch box...

    handy box question

    handy box question

Kind of hard to see, but there is a hole at the base of the red ridge board. That is also the bottom of the double top plate. This is my dilemma, the bottom of the ridge board and the bottom of the top plate are lined up. so i cant come out through the ridge board without drilling into the side...

    handy box question

Can you use a handy box with cover as a pass thru/protection for nm cable? My top plate is even with the rafters of my enclosed porch, so i was wondering if i can mount a box to the wall and pass the wire thru then up along the rafter. Hope this makes sense, thanks in advance.

    big maxx amp draw

I understand that, however my inlaw found a flexible whip new at the flea market. And i have a switch laying around, so if i can use what i have that's all the better. I just need to know if a switch is needed with the heater that close to the panel. Thanks.
