My 1950's Homecraft. Has never let me down. Inherited from my father who bought it new. It is the only drill press that I have ever owned and have been using it since I was 7 years old.
I picked this old workbench last weekend, complete with vices and 100 years worth of grease& grime. After spending a bit of time on it, I think it turned out pretty good. It's now ready to be put to use.
The wagon tongue vise will come in quite handy.
Yes, it is a nice old bench and had seen a lot in its 100 or so years. I'm stripping the top of its grease, grime, oil and god knows what else. Once I get down to the lumber I'll seal it and call it done.
I picked up this old bench for free today, it came with 2 vises. Vise on left is Ohio Tool Co. But the vise on the right is a mystery to me. Anyone help me out with an ID?
