New fuel line and new filter installed at the same time...

New fuel lines & new fuel filter were installed

I have a 2 y/o Ryobi weed wacker. It wasn't priming.. ordered new carb fuel lines and plug. Installed all and still having a no priming issue. Any ideas before it goes to service center?
