BLUEBAYOU, I didnt realize their were rafter ties and collar ties, I thought they were the same. I guess if I had asked all of the right questions I might have gotten the full answer. The inspecter was not wrong. I was not asking the right questions. Thank You! I will call them tomorrow and fix...
