Typical compressor output is 3.8 cfm per horsepower. Example: (7.5 hp x 3.8 cfm= 28.5 cfm) We always try to make sure the Piping isn't the limiting factor, so if your compressor puts out 28 CFM, we want to be able to flow more than that in any point of the system.

Hi Shaune, Make sure the tubing is cut flush and straight, next try another fitting if just one is leaking, could be a bad seal. #3. Make sure it is a Rapidair Kit and not a Grip-Clip garage kit. Let me know if any of those help and how many are leaking along with how old it is. thanks!

Hi STRacerDuke, PEX-AL-Pex is way different than HDPE-AL-HDPE, both have their own ASTM# they meet, PEX meets ASTM F1281 while HDPE meets ASTM F1282. I can tell you Pex is rated for infloor heating lines but will not pass any building/OSHA codes for installation (Liquid PSI and Compressed Air...

Hi Rkrcpa, Unfortunately there is no easy way, usually installing it when its warmer will help, but the nylon tubing in the home garage kit doesn't have anything that will help it, hold its shape.

Hi Rich, A General purpose filter regulator (K93217 for example) mounted at LEAST 3-5 feet away from the compressor will help a lot with the condensation. The black pipe will help condense the moisture, but then you might have an issue with rust and debris. Take a look at our fastpipe system...

Hi dogdog, If you have the Maxline M7500 Master kit, That kit should have a 50 year life span on it, and being in the box protected, I don't believe you will have any issues of leaking. I would just check your o-rings before you install to make sure they are soft still. As far as the change...

As far as the colors go again guys, Blue is the industry accepted color for Compressed Air, Along with Green normally being a color for Inert gasses. ( we do a lot of Colleges and Weld shop for welding gasses too). As well as vacuum systems. Its more of a safety issue as well so someone at a...

Hi Gearhead1, Our Maxline is NOT UV treated, if installing outside we recommend covering or painting the tubing. Not that being said, we haven't hooked up a system personally and tested the lifespan of the tubing to see how long it will last in the direct sunlight, What I can tell you is that...

motofool33, We carry a 1 year warranty on all of our systems, For our competitors, some offer a 10 year warranty, but you need to have met all of their criteria to be approved, which includes having your system installed by a "air professional" (whatever that means) and someone to come in and...
