Ok, I am ready to strip off the Super Diamond Clear that I was sold and is absolutely not a good sealer for a working automotive garage. I have been checking the thread from time to time but I still dont have a clear idea which product to buy. Any recommendations?

Yes I can see that point. What I'd really like to see is a thread started that lists how old these various floors are and how well they have been holding up and under what type of use. In fact I think I'll start that new post right now!

I was sold an acrylic floor protector and although it is glossy and pretty, carb cleaner and other chemicals instantly cut through it. You cannot wipe the spill up very well either because it gets all sticky. I cant recommend any acrylics for a working garage now. Maybe this product you are...

Just to wrap this up or wind it down I should state again that I imagine this product would be ok on sidewalks, around pools and etc...in areas like public clubhouses and walkways it is unlikely to come incontact with carb cleaner and etc. so there in it may be just fine. I too have narrowed...
