I've been happy with my M18 trimmer. Trimming and blowing my 3300 sq ft yard only takes about 1/4 of the battery. I don't have the split shaft version, though I wish I did so I could get the edger attachment.
I picked up the same pressure washer. I thought the floor cleaner was a gimmick, but boy was I wrong. It shaved probably 80% off the time it used to take me to clean my patio. The turbo nozzle also makes quick work of the areas the surface cleaner can't hit. It's my first Yamaha small...
I'm building a small tool kit to keep with me while traveling, so I picked up a small bit holder, bit holder extension, an assortment of Wiha bits, and the baby cobras.
I don't use it much these days, but my first impact wrench was a 1/2" electric impact branded Kawasaki. It's big and loud but I was happy for the 60 or so bucks it cost me.
There is no reason to risk having to deal with the GW warranty, IMO. Other brands offer a similar price/value and are happy to make it right when there is a defect.
My issue with Gearwrench is they expect you to mail them the tool on your dime, even when it is brand new and defective. It shouldn't cost me anything to replace a defective tool that I just bought.
I don't recall Tekton asking for proof of purchase when I needed a defective socket replaced. I filled out the online form, uploaded a picture, and a new one was on the way to me later that day.
Tried grease, then cleaned it out and tried oil, neither worked. I returned it, no reason to keep a finicky ratchet when there are other great inexpensive options.
I tried out the Gearwrench 84t based on all the love it gets here. It felt really nice when the pawl wasn't locking up. Came here to try to find a solution and was surprised to find how many others have issues with the 84t locking up and reversing itself, and I'm wondering how it still gets so...
