I have this Matco service cart. It is about 8 years old and not a terrible one because I got it for cheap. I would not buy this cart at a full price. You can buy nice ones at so much lower price. I think Matco is 3rd rate and not in the Snap On or Mac Tools caliber.

I was trying to lift a friend's car to take a look but my FJ200 would not pump up under the load. The temperature in the garage was around 27F-29F. Is this normal? I had to use my Craftsman 2T jack. I am lost why FJ200 would not work when the temperature is below 30F? What are the reasons?
