    Roloc Discs and Mandrels

Profile updated. Looking for a 3m bulk pack with all different grits and mandrels. Checked amazon.ca but they only have huge 3m single grit boxes. Also walmart was a bust. Has anyone tried the 3m flap wheel disks that have sponge and sandpaper looked kind of interesting but not sure where they...

Carbide Burr Sets 1/4" Shank for die grinder

Wow this has been really great feedback. Since my die grinder is not variable speed and spins at 21000 rpm I think I will avoid the wire wheels with it but the burrs and stones will work great. Thanks so much for all the feedback. Mobius1982

Carbide Burr Sets 1/4" Shank for die grinder

Which wire wheels are you using. The ones I have found so far are not rated for that kind of speed. Also any suggestions for roloc brands to use. I have never purchased them before. I am assuming the 2" ones would be best but which brand holds up. Thanks, Mobius1982

Carbide Burr Sets 1/4" Shank for die grinder

I will definitely stay away from the Neiko and spend the extra on the Atro Pneumatic ones. I see your point about the Mac tools ones being warrantied but I can't justify buying them based on my usage. Can I use roloc pads at that speed 21,000 rpm. I think that could be pretty handy. I know the...

Carbide Burr Sets 1/4" Shank for die grinder

I will definitely have a look. Since I am new to owning a die grinder with 21,000 rpm. I ordered a 1/8" collet so I could use some small dremel accessories too. Can anyone recommend some other handy 1/4 shank die grinder accessories I was think a small cut off wheel. Since this is a new tool...

    Organizing 1/4\" Bits

Re: Organizing 1/4\" Bits I bought the bit organizer from Lee Valley for organizing my 1/4 bits. Its comes with 4 screws is about 3/8 thick. The holes are a fairly tight I find myself needing needle nose pliers just to pull some of the bits out. Good product would definitely buy it again.

Weld Mobile Bases for Woodworking Machines

I will be buying a 14 cutoff saw so any angle cuts are not a big deal. I like the idea of using rectangular bar for a square and then using triangular plate in the corners to support the equipment. Then I would like to use square plate on the top corners to support the wheels. I might stick...
