Its a different beast, here you have to contend with unruly cars, buses, jeeps, motorcycles, which i think makes the traffic here worse. In Ho Chi Minh its mostly scooters/ motorcycles. I have never seen that much motorcycles on the road hehe..crossing the street for the first time was nerve...

Yes i was impressed with my visit to that country. I don't know if they are cheaper there, all i know is i have never seen those screwdrivers back home (Manila). I just learned of the Vessel brand here in this money draining thread :D..

I just finished reading the whole thread and all i can say is wow.. It is great to finally see actual pictures of an impressive garage with an equally impressive collection of cars here in Manila. From your posts i suspect you live in the area down south where stories abound of where exotic...

My first box arrived a few days ago..Full of PB Swiss and Knipex goodies! A swiss made wiha sneaked in as well.. Can't wait for my other box to get here containing the hazets :drool:

Thanks cosmic! Yep this isnt the last..as i post there is a box crossing the pacific with 3 knipex and lot's of pb swiss stuff hehehe! lucky for most of you guys its instant gratification when you purchase tools! i have to wait for a month and a half for it to arrive in Manila.

Been following this thread for a while now and it has been quite a bad influence..specially on the wallet.. my first knipex Wiha diagonal cutter..this was a welcome surprise when it arrived as i was expecting vietnam made pliers. still made in germany my pruner..it is just so different...
