I 1000% agree with that statement. For that exact reason we have invested heavily in our in-house design team, prototyping equipment, R&D, and intellectual property resources over the last 6 months. I think you will start seeing the results of this towards the end of the year. We may not...

It is a pretty thin o-ring. For a replacement, use a 44x1. 44mm id, 46mm od, 1mm diameter. The actual o-ring land is 47.5mm but it needs to fit pretty snugly.

Yes it does use a 93mm / 15 flute filter wrench. We do have one that the molds are being made for now and should go into production sometime next month. Here's a photo of one of the prototypes on the 51515.

Well that doesn't look good, they're not supposed to do that. PM me your address if you want a new o-ring and I'll have one sent out for you. BMW does love their E-torx. We are working on some socket sets but no impact sockets, not yet anyway. I added that to our idea list, thanks for...

Is it the o-ring between the upper and lower funnel pieces or is it the one on the lower that attaches to the car? If you need another one I can get you one sent out at no charge. I'm not aware of any issues with those but I'll have someone check into that. I've seen the e-torx in a swivel...

We'll order up an oil filler cap for the 996 / 997 and see what we might have that might fit it. I think the biggest problem is going to be that angle, it will need an adapter to make the upper portion more upright. We are working on an angle adapter that goes between the upper and lower...

Glad you guys like it. We have a few other new adapters coming out as well. We just finished the design for the Ford Ecoboost. For some reason they ever so slightly changed the locking system for the cap so our regular Ford adapter doesn't fit. We also have another new adapter that better...

We put them on the back burner for a bit. I think we'll have something even better when we do release them.

You're welcome. It's amazing how tight those caps can be isn't it. Glad it worked well for you and thanks for the great feedback.

Thanks for your input about the case. Taiwan manufacturing has come a long ways, that's for sure. You mean these stickers for the clips? We'll probably include them with the rails.

Our cost would be pretty high on these, but they are nice. I'm not sure if or when we'll produce them but I'll let you all know. Thanks for the feedback Loscaldazar! The photos definitely don't do them justice as far as material thickness and durability. Thanks for your input!

The pegs are all probably the same. That ball / spring retainer design is patented so they're likely coming from the same place. This is just my 2 cents from my experiences. Of the US factories we've emailed, many have never respond. Of the factories we've called, many have never returned...

Yep, it's magnetic! It'll hold an entire Snap On 14pc 3/8" drive deep impact socket sideways, not that that's how you'd want to use it, but the magnets are very strong. The bottom has a thin layer of EVA foam to help reduce scratching.

Thanks buckwheat_la. Which rails do you like? Here's a prototype I have here: We could make those in matte chrome as well, we've just always used the black anodizing. Is anyone else interested in a matte chrome version?
