I have a 2 Post lift and a Parking lift using the exact same pump , I swapped one at the time the valve and found the valve that has the issue , this is the one where the release handle is.
Not my Parking lift has the issue...lol
I haven't thought about swapping the parts until this morning when...

I have a Chinese 2 Post lift ( my 3rd one in 3 different locations ) , never had a issue but this one when I park it on the safety stoppers the cylinders drop pressure to finally sit all the way down.
I haven't made a test or bought new parts but I'm guessing it might be the Valve...

In my case the lift is working flawlessly.
I've been using it a lot ( personal use ) SUV's ( Outback ) , my personal Ranger Xtra Cab , my Newly own 1993 Mustang LX .

For what I do the rubber tile are perfect but if you roll heavy stuff on it ( like motor on a stand the tile will roll on you.
Also I have spilled gas a few time on the tile and they don't like it because the corners will lift and it will take 7 to 10 days to get back to their normal form so...
Since 1st post I have removed the storage box right above the car's roof so this gave more height even too much because I never go that high.
About 59" from ground to under carriage.
Good enough for a tiny garage right behind my house.
Perfect for what I do.

I don't lift heavy cars or truck so I cannot give any feedback on that but for a regular car , I'll have to say that I'm 110% satisfied .
Only negative thing I have to say is : I got it with scratches , Greg Smith doesn't carry any tuch up and so far I had no luck finding...

I was able to finish the install this week.
