I keep a jug in the garage, empty it outdoors at the end of the night. It's the simplest, private, solution.

Just finished a 26 x 56 x 15 w/ 12 x 26 lean. We're @ $65k w/ 5" concrete, 2) 16 x 13 garage doors, a 24 x 26 insulated shop, 100A subpanel, lighting, & a bevy of palllet racking. The only thing I did myself was site prep, moving 2k yards of fill, which took three years.

I think you can do whatever you want in your garage. However, if you know and follow the flag rules that would be pretty cool too. If you like flags enough to show them, you may also enjoy explaining to guests how & why they are displayed.
