It was not bad at all. It took a lot of beating for about a year, until I lost it at a construction site. The handle was very good, it had some kind of soft texturing to provide slippage. And the shock absorbtion was decent.

Those actually are for cutting wire rope and Bowden cable. Work more like shears so the cut is clean and it doesn't splay the wires of the rope.
