Almost done! Just a few things left before final inspection alot done over past month. Stucco / Electrical wrapped up last week. Mini Split is installed and flooring done a couple days ago. Remaining is a Wall Base with cove to match outlets. A lot of exterior work in the next few months...

youtubing makes it look pretty popular just to build a filter box around the minisplit I guess. But I did have a sore throat last week blowing drywall dust around. Sounds like a smart idea.

Brown coat finally got put on this week. Still waiting to tap and texture. Stucco will go on next week. Dry wall should wrap up, then doors, interior paint, electrical trim and ac. Finally flooring in about a month... Then... driveway, sliding gate, landscaping etc. Never ends.

I have gotten multiple quotes to do a polyaspartic floor 1225 sq ft at 4-5$ a foot, Nationally it seems much higher. Any companies you folks have talked to and liked? I was seeing people quoted as high as 10$+ nationally.
