    I was thinking that it waa possibly a paint speyer pump too. The guy I got it from thought it was a pump for bikes and balls. Irs cool for sure and still runs too. Im super stoked about the vise too, that sucker is a big boy. Needs some cleaning up but pretty much all there with the swivel base...

    Just scored this old Columbian vise model 606, with swivel base for $50, and this vintage Sears and Roebuck Craftsman air compressor, that works for $20. Ive never seen this air compressor before, anyone know anything about them ??? Also on the vise, where can i find the manufacturing date ???

    Last weekends score, a Prentiss #20

    Found another cool vise last weekend...its a Prentiss #20. I was turning in beer cans for cash at the local recycle place, and this lady behind my wife in line commented that she had a bunch scrap metal and an old vise. My wife asked her if she would let me look at it first before scrapping...

    DD T/A , crank out the jaws and the date is on the bottom side of the of the jaw piston/shaft. Might have to clean to see it but its there

    Feeling stoked....three weeks in a row scored some cool old vises. 3 weeks ago a cool rare 1912 Athol 723 1/2, with a ratchet handle, last weekend a small Wilton for $10, and today a awesome 1962 Wilton 9 500.....love the Wilton from today.

    Ive scored some cool vises this year. About a month and ahalf ago a big post vise for $125......then about 3 weeks ago a rare 1912 Athol for $120.....last weekend a small Wilton for $10.....then today a nice big 1962 Wilton 9 500 for $150.....

    I have an opertunity to buy an Athol 626 6-6 for $400.... im told it weighs 175 lbs , but not sure if thats a good price or still high.... ive seen a couple others priced in the $550-$650 range but let be real some people are pricing high on vises and anvils right now....so not sure if $400 is...
