What is the application procedure for this stuff? how long do you need to let the glue for the VCT off-gas after it's installation before applying this top coat? Thanks.

Finally decided that a 36" bottom and top box combo will be better for my location than a single wide box - then saw that the new design Waterloo Magnum is only available in the 56" and larger. Has anybody played with these two side by side or otherwise and can tell me about any serious quality...
