Not saying you are wrong, Rule of thumb on thread lube dosen't really apply. Look on any bottle of anti seize of spray lube, they will almost always have a K factor number on them. That is the co efficient of friction, you use that number to calculate the correct torque value.

I use anti sieze and reduce the torque on them by the K factor that is on the bottle. That's why the manufacturer gives you that information.
