This is a pic from Barry Armestead of Australia. The armour on the right is made of cardboard, on the left 18 gauge steel. This is the kinda armour I am looking to make. Barry used Wiss aviation shears, I need a quicker cutting method. My budget for a used cutter is between $150-$200.

Any thoughts on this?
