Questions on ceiling fans. I have a 40x36 detached garage/shop. Would a "big ***" style fan be the best for air movement? I notice that these are rated at around 14k cfm. or would a couple smaller say commercial 56" fans work as good or better with less money? Wondering if anyone has options...

Tryed the search function without much luck. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the Hubbell ceiling fans. Second, what size? my build is 40wX36d. Scissor truss making the center peak at 16'8". Would 1 96" be good or should I do 2-72" fans? Is there a size or exchange for cubic feet...
