Ceiling fan

Tryed the search function without much luck. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the Hubbell ceiling fans.

Second, what size? my build is 40wX36d. Scissor truss making the center peak at 16'8". Would 1 96" be good or should I do 2-72" fans?

Is there a size or exchange for cubic feet to have? Thanks guys
