I looked at those buy 2700K is way too warm. maybe good for a seedy bar. As it is 3000K is a bit more warm than I would like.

Find out why it is dusting. Usually caused by poorly cured concrete. Get something and scrape a small area. If you can easily dig in the surface is soft, hence the continous dusting. Don't have an answer though.:lol_hitti
